Zero recruitment fees, ever. All employment overheads, covered. A single, small monthly fee, tiny in fact. We’re so transparent with our pricing, we’ll even show you how much margin we make…  (around £250 per hire). You literally couldn’t do it cheaper yourself.

Salary

From the moment we send you a candidate, you’ll be told their expected salary. And believe it or not, we negotiate this up before we send it to you. Why? Because paying people a market leading wage is the right thing to do. To attract the best. And keep them.

For every salary, there are other costs, things such as payroll, laptops, internet connectivity, office space, holiday, sickness, maternity/paternity and other benefits. Don’t panic. We handle it all. Zero fuss.

We want to keep the total cost your new hire as low as possible for you, while passing most of it to the individual hired to work with you. But we’re also a business. We have to make a profit. We’re honest and transparent about that, so we’ll even show you how much margin we make…  (around £250 per hire).
