We started working with Altron in October 2021. Initially we were asked to hire niche technical skillsets to join long-term projects with large banking and telecommunication clients. Our first few hires were in DevOps, PL/SQL and Ab Initio.
As client demand grew, we were asked to help scale a number of teams – we hired rapidly across DevOps and Quality Assurance. Our reputation for hiring high-quality talent then reached other departments across Altron – we expanded outside of software development, and into smart engineering.
Many of our hires have worked with Altron for over two years, becoming instrumental within their client teams. They feel very much part of the Altron organisation, and in a recent survey rated their experience at 9.7/10. Great work all round.
