Contracting and legal documents

Once you’ve identified and selected the right candidate for your business, we get to work contracting the individual. We lead in negotiating salary and perks with the candidate. Whether a permanent hire, fixed term or short-term contractor, our EOR agreements protect your business and meet all local legal requirements. Documentation is shared digitally for review and signature.

Ramp up and first day

After contracts are signed and start dates are agreed, onboarding begins. Our onboarding team work hard to keep candidates warm during notice periods. And we help you and your team to get ready to welcome your new joiner. Laptops, internet connectivity, remote office set-up, and more. We handle it all.

Payment and benefits

Cross-border payroll management can be complicated. Gross pay, net pay, taxes, statutory benefits, even food coupons... the list of potential legal payment requirements in each country goes on and on. Ensuring you stay compliant is our job, not yours. You make one single monthly payment to Black Piano, covering the candidate’s Total Cost of Employment (TCOE) and our small Management Fee, and we sort out everything else.  

Ramp down and exit management

Every role comes to an end... hopefully later rather than sooner! When the time comes, we ensure all loose ends are tied up. You inform us that you wish to give notice, and we work for you to ensure communication to the candidate is handled in a fair and timely manner, that hardware is disposed of effectively, and final payments are complete. Termination of employment couldn’t be simpler. Our aim is always to achieve a happy parting of ways for all involved.
